Procurement and tenders

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) undertakes tendering activities through the year for the purchase of goods and services.  The information below aims to provide suppliers with advance notice of upcoming opportunities that the Townsville HHS has scheduled to release. 

The Townsville HHS procurement is in accordance with Queensland Procurement Policy 2026 (QPP 2026). 

The Townsville HHS has embedded the QPP 2026 five pillars in all procurement decisions:

The Townsville HHS e-Tendering System – VendorPanel

The Townsville HHS issues tenders through an electronic system, VendorPanel, which enables you to view current tenders and freely download associated documents.

You will be required to register your details before you can browse current tenders, download tender documents, and make a submission.  This is required for the health service to contact suppliers about changes to tenders and quotations should the need arise.  Registration is required to upload a tender response.

Prospective suppliers are encouraged to register on VendorPanel early to ensure that they are made aware and can access tender opportunities immediately upon release.
