The Townsville Hospital and Health Board (THHB) met on 2 March 2026. The meeting was chaired by THHB Chair, Mr Tony Mooney AM and attended by nine members of the Board (including the THHB Chair).
The Board received updates from the Board Committees which met in the reporting period, including:
- Matters from Board Executive Committee
- Matters from Board Finance Committee
- Matters from Board Safety and Quality Committee
- Matters from Board Stakeholder Engagement Committee
The Board received a number of reports including the following:
- Executive Report from the Health Service Chief Executive, Kieran Keyes
- Service Agreement Performance Report
Board activities
Representatives of the Board participated in several key meetings and events in February 2026 including but not limited to:
