The Townsville Hospital and Health Board (THHB) met on 8 July 2025. The meeting was chaired by THHB Chair, Mr Tony Mooney AM and attended by seven members of the Board (including the THHB Chair).
The Board received updates from the Board Committees which met in the reporting period, including:

- Matters from Board Safety and Quality Committee
The Board received a number of reports including the following:
