The Townsville Hospital and Health Board (THHB) met on 7 April 2025. The meeting was chaired by THHB Deputy Chair, Mrs Michelle Morton and attended by seven members of the Board (including the THHB Deputy Chair).
The Board received updates from the Board Committees which met in the reporting period, including:
- Matters from Board Finance Committee
- Matters from Board Safety and Quality Committee
The Board received a number of reports including the following:
- Executive Report from the Health Service Chief Executive, Kieran Keyes
- Service Agreement Performance Report
- Patient Safety Report
- Operational Services Update

The Townsville Hospital and Health Board (THHB) met on 7 April 2025. The meeting was chaired by THHB Chair, Mr Tony Mooney AM and attended by eight members of the Board (including the THHB Chair).
The Board received updates from the Board Committees which met in the reporting period, including:
- Matters from Board Audit and Risk Committee
- Matters from Board Executive Committee
- Matters from Board Finance Committee
The Board received a number of reports including the following:
- Executive Report from the Health Service Chief Executive, Kieran Keyes
- Service Agreement Performance Report
- Patient Safety Report
- Research Governance Report
In addition, the Board received a presentation Supporting Sustainability in Queensland Health from Mr Nick Steele, Deputy Director General Queensland Public Health and Scientific Services Division.
